Helplines can offer immediate assistance during a crisis. However, they are not a substitute for ongoing therapy. If you're dealing with a mental health emergency, experiencing abuse or violence, or feeling overwhelmed, don't hesitate to reach out for help. These resources are available whenever you need them.
