Our location in the picturesque village of New Longton, just 4 miles southwest of Preston in the South Ribble district, offers easy access from the M61, M65 and junction 29 of the M6.
Our clients come to us from all over the region and beyond, and we offer remote sessions for those living further afield. With free, safe off-road parking and disabled access, we provide a welcoming, accessible environment for all our clients.

For the best possible outcomes and to create lasting change through talking therapy or life coaching, we recommend a minimum program of eight sessions, over an eight-week period. At the end of the program, your therapist or coach will conduct a collaborative review of your progress, and if needed, offer further pay-as-you-book sessions.

To ensure a clear understanding of our policies, we ask that you carefully read our client contract, which will be included in your welcome pack at your first session, along with our privacy policy.
